 Matthew Galligan, Town Manager discussed the possible use of town owned open space property (Mitchell property) for a common driveway to be shared with Strawberry Fields, a proposed senior housing development on Sullivan Avenue. The shared driveway would allow the Strawberry Fields development to retain the existing barn. In exchange for an easement allowing the driveway, the developer would donate an additional 12.5 acres of open space fronting on West Road. There was discussion both in favor of and opposed to the proposal. There was objection to the plan presented, which showed the proposed driveway well into the Mitchell property. Task Force members agreed that it was unacceptable in its present configuration but they would revisit the proposal if redesigned along the north property line of the Mitchell
property.
 Reviewed and edited draft letter to be sent to property owners whose property(s) are included as prospective properties for conservation/preservation in the draft Open Space Master Plan.
 Reviewed and discussed revisions to be made on the draft of the revised property rating sheets.
 *       Next scheduled meeting is for February 5, 2001, at 5:30 p.m.
 ***     NOTE:  Louise Evans did not participate in the discussion regarding Strawberry Fields.
